The organization has established a health
center in 1992 which
is called
Jam-e-Shafa Hospital
that is serving 24
hours for the poor and needy Afghan refugees as well
as host community free of cost. So all people can
easily approach the hospital. To take care to all
medical, gynae/obstetric and surgical related
problems also.
The aim of the establishment was to facilitate the
vulnerable refugees and upgrade their health
status. Because due to shortage of health facilities
in gynae sector the rate of maternal and neonatal
death is too high.
The
services of JSO are appreciated by refugee community, UNHCR and Afghan
Commissionerate Pakistan.
Keeping in view the fact we established a hospital
in satellite town B.No.5 in the heart of Quetta city
of Pakistan
to facilitate the effective health facilities.
